1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or using the Canva Bulletin Generator WordPress plugin (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
The App allows users to connect their WordPress website to Canva in order to automate the creation of bulletins using content from their WordPress posts. The App requires a valid Canva account and API access.
3. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your WordPress site, Canva account, and any API credentials.
- You agree not to use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with all applicable laws and Canva’s Terms of Use and Developer Terms.
4. Data and Privacy
- The App may access and process content from your WordPress site and your Canva account as necessary to provide its functionality.
- The App does not store or share your data except as required to operate (e.g., storing access tokens securely in your database).
