How Should a Church Respond to a Negative Google Review? (Best Practices for 2025)

Avoid arguing, criticizing the reviewer, or responding more than once. A single, gracious reply is best.

When responding, naturally include keywords like your church’s name, city, and ministries (without keyword stuffing).
